Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and setting up meetings for our CEO. This role is essential in helping us achieve our growth goals and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information to support outreach efforts.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce CloseDr’s services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges, and determining if they align with our offerings.
  • Schedule meetings for the CEO with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Make 150 Dials or 3 hours of talk time per day

What We Offer:

Earning Potential: $60,000 - $80,000 OTE

Compensation:

$2,000 Base Salary + 5% Commission

  • Client Advising: Serve as the primary advisor for our clients using Salesforce, offering expert guidance and solutions to improve their CRM and marketing automation processes.
  • Lead Generation: Work with CloseDr to promote your personal brand and expertise through our marketing channels, including YouTube, to generate leads and attract potential clients.
  • Revenue Sharing: Earn commissions based on the business and gigs generated through the promotion of your expertise. Our target is to achieve $10k-$20k/month in commissions.
