Finding the Registration Form

First things first, you need to locate the registration form. If you’re a close.com user, navigate to your settings. Underneath "Communication," you'll find "Phone and Voicemail." At the top, there will be a section for "A2P 10DLC" with a button labeled "Register." Click that button to open the registration form.

Filling Out the Registration Form

Once you’ve accessed the form, it’s time to start filling in the necessary fields. Follow the form's instructions precisely. For instance, when asked to describe the campaign use case, you can use a provided example. A typical response might be:

"We are a sales consulting agency that uses SMS to send follow-ups and meeting reminders to clients who request quotes from our website. All SMS messages are opted into."

It’s crucial to include that all SMS messages are opted into.

Providing Sample SMS Messages
